idrive does not close while profiling

idrive will not close. I tried to run the profile routine but it opens then tries to close then stops. I checked the wheels don't see anything that seems to be obstructing any of the rollers. There are no safety sensors installed. Looks like the motor is suppose to pivot down when it is closed but it is not doing so. Any ideas?

See if the garage door is balanced... Does not move is the 1/4, 1/2, and 3/4 open position. If it is not balanced, idrive may not have enough force to push it down.
