Panda Radio Control AC/DC Auto Quick Charger

i would like to know if i could use this item in my boat to charge the batteries, while the boat is in use? it seems to me i could addapt the 12/v inlet to the batterie, and use the alagator clips to retransfer power to the two batteries. if possible please let me know? thank you for your time

Your boat? As in your R/C boat? Or a real boat?

How would you provide AC power to the charger?
