idrive motor failed?

Sounds like the motor in my iDrive just went. I will be calling the tech support tomorrow to see if there is a simpler solution but it worked fine last night and now won't even open this morning. All it does is beep twice at me and when I try and profile it, the iDrive foot moves a fraction of an inch like it's attempting to open the door then goes back to the close position and beeps at me some more. I've had the iDrive for about 4 months, too bad I'm having issues so soon. My neighbor's had his for over 3 years without problems. I hope it's an easy fix!
