Support from Wayne DaltonWe purchased a "new" home in May of 2011 that was constructed in 2006. No one has lived in the home prior to our purchase. There are Wayne Dalton Torquemaster garage doors---one double and one single. The single door operates fine. However, the other door stopped working just a few weeks after our move. The non-working door gave chirps and beeps only and then it began grunting as if it was trying to open but couldn't. We've replaced all batteries. A neighbor tells us her door does have "issues," too. She says repairmen "won't touch the doors" because they are so problematic! My question is have consumers been assisted by Wayne Dalton? What help has anyone gotten from the company? Has there been any formal communication from the company to consumers? Thanks for your help. I'd like to pursue this as the little-used door appears to be pretty worthless at the moment. consumercommentary consumercommentary
