Second Fuse on the idrive?

hi, i have a problem and am hoping i have come to the right place. i have a wayne daulton i drive. my son was playing with the key fob a few weeks ago and it has stopped working. i have tried emailing wayne daulton in europe but they are useless and just make suggestions on buying every part they can think of. i have reset it and all of the controls and when you press the opener it goes bleep, bleep buzz. i have checked the fuse with a tester and they seem fine. i have found on the internet that he may have put it in holiday mode. how do you undo this? apparently there is another fuse but i can not find it. do you have any suggestions? many thanks
