Idrive for Torque Master - Two Long Beeps Then Two Quick Chirps

I have Idrive for Torque Master for the two Wayne Dalton 8'x7' garage doors since 2004 and quite happy with them (except for some minor out of balance problem here and there once in couple year maybe). Lately, the door opens fine but when it closes, it comes down to about 5' from the floor then it stops and reverse to full open. Follow the owner's manual trouble shooting, I made adjustment to the spring tension (winding/unwinding) to get proper balance and rerun the Install Routine.
This fixes the problem however, when I push the up/down button, the door goes to fully open then it does two long beeps then two quick chirped, it sounds like the beginning of the Install Routine. The unit works fine with the wall station and with the remote control, anyone know what does the sound means?
By the way, how do you open the cover (right) of an Idrive Torque Master? I remove the small phillip-screw in the front and one in the bottom but the cover wound not comes off ?
Any suggestion?
