Wayne Dalton Quamtum Drive

I have a WD and it closes fine but when you try to open it,it only opens 10-12 in at a time.This started after a a power outage,I cleared out the codes but still does the same thing(from the wired wall mount).It has a pet setting and it seems that it is stuck in this program.Anybody got any Ideas?

I don't have a Quantum Drive. But maybe you can try to re-profile the opener. Maybe it lost it's programming after the power outage.
