Some Sensors Don't Trigger KERUI W18 Alarm

I have a similar panel, KERUI, but a different model W18.
My problem is it doesn't trigger the alarm from some sensors situated on the 2nd floor of my house, the panel is locate on the ground floor. Even a 2 brick wall separated sensor on the same floor doesn't trigger the alarm.
Also, the remote control doesn't have any effect on it if I walk 6m away.

Is there any particular settings to be done?
