Hi I had the same problem with the Kerui W2, after watching this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MAnfNn8N3f0 and setting a remote to zone 1 and disabling the sound as per the video(1st half) it worked! no more beeping when arming and disarming, much more discrete!
