Keep USB Charging Cables from Falling Off Behind the Desk

I have USB charging cables on my desk. When I'm not charging my phone, I leave them on top of my desk. They seem to sit there fine when I leave them there. But someone or somehow they manage to slip off the back of the desk. How do you keep your charging cord on the desk?
