What is the best laptop for graphic designers?

I think almost any laptop could do that. I'm guessing you'd want one with 15" screen at least, so that you can see your artwork without straining your eyes. If you really want a powerhouse for graphics design, I'd say get a gaming laptop for less than $1000.

I'd second the gaming laptop. I just bought two of these "ASUS TUF Gaming Laptop, 15.6” 144Hz Full HD IPS-Type Display, Intel Core i7-9750H Processor, GeForce GTX 1650, 8GB DDR4, 512GB PCIe SSD, Gigabit Wi-Fi 5, Windows 10 Home, FX505GT-AB73" for my kids almost a month ago. They work great. Will be more than sufficient for graphics design.
