Turn Off Windows Vista Nagging Message

To turn off the Windows Vista Nagging Message, take the following steps:

  1. Click on the "Start" button;
  2. Click on "Control Panel";
  3. Click on "User Accounts and Family Safety";
  4. Click on "User Accounts";
  5. Click on "Turn User Account Control on or off";
  6. Uncheck the box next to "Use User Account Control UAC) to help protect your computer (see screen shot below);
  7. Click the "OK" button;
  8. Close the "User Accounts" dialog.

You'll have to do this for each account that accesses this computer.
