Can't Reset Windows 8 PC to Factory

My Asus G46VW gaming laptop kept giving me the blue screen. So I booted into recovery with the F9 key. After I select reset my PC to factory settings, the notebook computer gave me the following error.

"Unable to reset your PC. A required drive partition is missing."

WTF. I didn't change my drive or partition.
