Problem Installing Java for Mac OS X 10.5 Update 8 Developer Package

I just downloaded "Java for Mac OS X 10.5 Update 8 Developer Package" from Apple's web site. Inside this DMG is a "JavaDeveloper.pkg". When I try to run it on my Mac OS X 10.5.8, it games me the following "Alert" message:

"This package requires Java for Mac OS X 10.5 Update 8."

What does that mean? "Java for Mac OS X 10.5 Update 8" is exactly what I'm trying to install. If this package needs itself, then how am I suppose to install it.

You are trying to install the Java for Mac OS X 10.5 Update 8 Developer Package
I think that you need to install first the Java for Mac OS X 10.5 Update 8,
which is not the same thing.

Thanks for the tip, I look again to see if there is a separate "Java for Mac OS X 10.5 Update 8" download.
