Get Windows CE to run on Hitachi Handheld PC HPW-10

i have one of the hitachi pc hpw-10 but i cant get to the window ce it will just tell me how to get started but i cant able .

You have to be a bit more specific. Why doesn't Windows CE run on your HPW-10?

Windows CE is built-in to the ROM, so the HPW-10 will boot straight up into Windows CE. You won't be able to load Windows CE onto the HPW-10 yourself.
