Uploading Windows Shortcut via BrowserLast night, I've created two shortcuts for Dawn of War 2. I wanted to share with visitors of this web site. Using Firefox and Internet Explorer, I tried to attach the shortcut with the "Browse..." button. But everytime I select the shortcut, it turns into the actual executable that the shortcut points to. That was absolutely not what I want. Took me some time to figure out a way around it. Firefox 3 didn't work, because everytime you click on the file attachment text field, it shows the "Browse..." dialog. On the other hand, Internet Explorer allowed me to type in a file name. Ah ha! That's the work around, simply type in the path to the shortcut and you can upload it using Internet Explorer. For example, if you drag a shortcut called "Dawn of War II" to the root drive on the C: drive (C:\), then you can type "c:\Dawn of War II.lnk" in the attach file text field. You have to remember to add the ".lnk" extension, which stands for a shortcut (link). Chieh Cheng
