Microsoft account problem

Everytime I turn on my computer, I get this "Microsoft account problem" message. It says, "We need to fix your Microsoft account before you can use shared experiences. Select this message to open Settings and fix things."

First of all, I don't think I have a Microsoft account. I can use my Windows 10 normally without any problems that I can see. What is this shared experiences? Do I have to fix this problem?
