A Windows 7 ReviewI was one of the lucky few to get a Windows 7 beta key and I can honestly say that it's not half as bad as I thought it would be. It is definitely less annoying and more stable than Windows Vista which should go by the trade name Windows Shit. Windows 7 is a lot like Vista in essence, but it has a more devoloped interface and The Gates Gurus have dealt with the annoyances that plagued Vista. After just a couple of minutes of Windows 7, it became clear that this is originally how Vista should have been--but something went wrong. Upon Installation--unlike Vista-- Windows 7 had all the Ethernet/WiFi drivers needed and a clear network connection came soon after. There's a new huge clear taskbar which simplifies things plenty and makes clicking easy again. A most interesting addition is the the options available upon right clicking; each right click over a certain icon/app lists useful options specific to that particular app. Another thing you can do is right click over each icon on the task bar and close it down with the X that appears when you hover over it. Overall I was impressed enough with windows 7 to turn my cheek to the whole Vista debaucle. Fati Chapati
