Streaming to Another Android App

I was wondering if there is any way to stream the j1939 messages to a android app, and possibly then send some scripted messages using the same method. is this possible? Thanks

Andrew,
Programatically it is possible, provided an OBDII Adapter is capable of communicating with J1939 protocol. However, I have no plans of doing it.

Thank you.
