No Cars Can be Tested After Upgrading to Unlimited Tests

I tried to upgrade to unlimited tests. The payment option failed for some reason, I used the same account, etc used for purchasing the original software and I have used it since on other apps. Now, I cannot test any car, even the original Chevy Malibu that worked. I am thinking this is a licensing issue now, something is jammed up. This is probably why I could not scan the Hyundai vehicles.

Please help me get this working again, I have tried re-installing and the license says it is valid but no car can be tested.
This is a really useful app and I would like to continue using it and endorsing it to others.
