idrive door goes up 3/4 and stops

My wife went to open the garage door and it wouldn't work. I looked and the cables were wrapped all around the cable guides, but not in the grooves. I replaced one of the cables six months ago and replaced the other one last night. The garage door goes up smooth to the 3/4 point and then stops. It acts like there is no more travel from the cable guides/torque tube or something. The motor will pull the door to 3/4 and then stops, but I have to help the door down. After doing this I can't get enough slack on the emergency release to release the door. I have both dials set to 17 turns, because at 18 the door opens to 3/4 with the emergency release pulled down. Any ideas on what the issue may be. The door has been functioning properly for the last 4.5 years.

I think the motor guide position is off after you reassembled it. See this tip: Wayne Dalton idrive Troubleshooting Tip #2 - Check the Motor Guide Position
