idrive detects obstruction when there is no obstruction

My "I" Drive problem is covered in the Wayne Dalton troubleshooting frequently asked questions page. However, what is stated for the fix is not present. During the closing operation from the open position, the door travels to the closed position, stops, and then returns to the open position as if there were an obstruction in its path, there is not. The door travels with ease through its full range when I close or open it manually. Do you have any suggestions?

Thanks,
Danny Sadler
