Wayne Dalton idrive Torquemaster model 3661 Closes Half-Way

My Wayne Dalton idrive Torquemaster model 3661 garage door opens perfectly all the times. However, when I try to close, it closes less than half way and goes back to open position. I have to close the garage door manually. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
