charging Creative Nomad MuVo^2 on Linux
I have found a way around this problem. However, this requires that you run the battery on the MuVo^2 all the way down before you can charge it on SUSE Linux. When the battery too low to operate the MuVo^2, the MP3 player displays a big empty battery symbol on the LCD. With the MuVo^2 turned off, plug the USB cable into the computer and then into the MuVo^2. The MuVo^2 will power up automatically. When it detects that it doesn't have enough juice, it will automatically go into charging mode. It will stay in charging mode until fully charged, until the computer is turned off, or until it is unplugged. Chieh Cheng Here is a picture of the big empty battery symbol on the MuVo^2.
