Where is the Upgrade?

I got a Samsung Intercept SPH-M910 phone on Virgin Mobile's plan. This week, I opened its "Downloads" app. And as soon as I do, I get the following message:

"An upgrade is available! Close this window and launch the browser to Surf the Web (bookmarked). Then click the DOWNLOADS UPDATE link at the top of the page and download the latest version of the application!"

So I do as I'm told, but there is no "DOWNLOADS UPDATE" link at teh top of the page. Now what?
