I just learned there is an Ubuntu Smartphone being released on the Galaxy and Nexus. Interesting.

Yah. Saw that on the Ubuntu web site last week. Kinda feel overwhelmed with the information. Not sure what to make of it.

I think it's interesting. Fringe of the market.

I have to see. I am always interested know new things. Whether they succeed or not depends on how they are received by the tech people.

You should also look at tizen - Samsung/intel effort.

I also found out about Firefox OS phone after seeing this. Interesting that there are so many "new" mobile operating systems out there.
