Sprint LG G2 and LG G3 Broken Screen Weakness

I have been a sprint customer for the past 3 or so years. I began my service with a LG G2 cell phone. Which was absolutely horrible, if your screen of your phone cracked you weren't able to use it at all. Store staff was aware of all issue's with this phone (my prior LG G2). So, when I was eligible for an upgrade somewhere around June 2014.I loved the features of the phone(my prior LG G2). So when it was time to upgrade my phone, the store staff was aware that I adored my phone just hated the fact that once the screen was broken you weren't able to use the phone, so each time you drop your phone that was a done deal and you had to go through the insurance and spend $150.00 each time you dropped your phone. Now, I shop at the sprint store (1618 W Newport Pike
First State Plaza, Stanton, DE
(302) 994-5700) this store is where I began my sprint contract, and any issue's I would go to this store only. For the record I have 4 other phones I have purchased through this store as well, which leads me to think that myself and the store staff have a really good rapport.
I upgraded to the LG G3, because again I love the features of my prior LG G2, so the representative and the store manager (Brian) sold me on the fact that if I purchased the LG G3 and my screen were to crack ,It wouldn't be like the LG G2. You still would be able to use all features of the LG G3. Which I just found out, was an absolute flat out lie!
Yesterday I took my children to the park, and my phone fell out of my pocket on the screen, and the screen shattered, which I'm thinking at this time I will be fine because they told me at sprint that if this happened I would still be able to use my phone, so I go to try to use the phone, and its exactly like the old LG G2 I had about 1 year ago. I cant use my phone, I called the sprint store to advise that I was lied to by the sales representative and the store manager, so what were they going to do. And the young lady after reviewing this with the store manager who lied to me said nothing

I either want to cancel, my service with sprint out right, or I want a replacement phone to equal value of my LG G3. I don't want this LG G3, because had I known this was phone was the exact same as the LG G2 I would have never purchased it all. Please Help!
