Twando Can't Connect to Twitter Any More!

So I've been happily using Twando to automatically tweet messages to my Twitter account for the past year or so. But I just noticed today that there's no new posts to my Twitter account. After looking at my Twando Tweet logs, I have noticed that Twando reported "failed to post" starting 2018-10-29. It has been happily posting prior to that date.

I tried to "Sign in with Twitter" using Twando, but I just get this error message:

"Couldn't connect to Twitter. Please check your consumer key and consumer secret values"

I can see the consumer key and consumer secret in Twando. But I have no clue where to see that in Twitter. Has something changed on Twitter's side that prevent Twando from connecting? Anyone else have this problem?
