KERUI G18 Providing False Alarms

Wishing you all a Happy new year!
Our Kerui G18 alarm is giving false alarm for "Power off" but not sending any sms or calling the phone even though everything is set up according to this.
It gives alarm for Power off even when power is on.

Can anyone help us please?
