Arlo Security Camera App Cannot Run on C23 Ultra SmartPhone. WTF!

I replaced my previous SmartPhone with a no-brand C23 Ultra 5G unlocked SmartPhone from Amazon. After I installed the Arlo security camera app and launched it, I got the following error:

"The Arlo Secure app cannot be run because we cannot confirm that your device meets Arlo security standards. This may be because your device is rooted, has an unlocked bootloader or is running a custom ROM."

WTF, Netgear!? I just want to see my security cam footage. Why does it matter what the Arlo app runs on?
