Turn Off "Windows has blocked some startup programs" Message on Windows Vista

How do I turn off the nagging message: "windows has blocked some startup programs"
I get the thing at least two dozen times a day. But the program does not have a upgrade yet for windows vista so I am in the middle of this thing.
