multiple characters with one key press

I created a forward macro of with the "w" key, but when I press it in notepad, "ww" shows up.

Both 'w' are showing up when you release the button ? As soon as you press down the N50 button ? Or one before when you press the button and the other when you release ?

hmmm... I understood why, bad bug...
When you load a profile in the commander that had previously and already loaded another profile,
the ancient key combination is kept in memory.
That's very annoying if you want to change the active profile : you are obliged to relaunch the Commander in order to have a clean Profile running.

Otherelse, I have to fix something with the slider... does not seem to work properly

Ok, I think you are right.

I loaded up the commander today to answer your questions about multiple characters. But it is no longer acting that way.

Yep, and it is corrected in the new release.

I expect to release a new version within 7 days (may be this Week-end :))

For the bug about multiple cararters, here is a quickfix in exclusivity for GearHack.
Other people will have to wait for the official release :)

Yes, it is normal.

If you tried the N50 in Xp or if you ever tried any other macro restitution softwares like AutoHotkey, Joy2Key, or some other softwares for some gaming keyboards (I have a Logitech G11), when you press a key, it should be repeated the macro command quickly as if it is with the real key of a real keyboard. :)

OK, if you press a key with a real keyboard, it will wait, for the first delay between two caracters a few longer time than for the other delays. My software does not implement (for the moment) this first extra delay so that it repeats the keypress asap.

So as long as you maintain your finger, you will have a key up immediatly followed by a key down (writing your caracter) every 100 milliseconds.

I told you it was very responsive ^^
Thus, do not panic, it is supposed to work like that.

May be I should put an option "play macro only once per keypress"

It should work perfect in a game ?

By the way, thank you for your feedback, at least I am sure it is working in Vista x64 :)
Moreover, it is fantastic to see, that you develop a thing in some place of the planet (I am located in "Landerneau", it is closed to "Brest" in France), and that it is used in a very distant place (in Korea ?).
That makes the planet very small :)

I put on my "TODO" List a checkbox option "AutoRepeat" since it might be, from your experience, very important.
