Cross-Reference
Black+Decker 20V MAX Battery Pack
Bosch 18V Lithium Ion Battery Pack
Craftsman V20 Battery PackThe first adapter above is a do-it-yourself adapter, so you will need to provide the circuitry to make it work. There doesn't seem to be any source on whether Craftsman V20 batteries have built-in over discharge protection. But it wouldn't hurt if you add your own over discharge protection to your circuitry. Or, instead of the over discharge circuitry, you can make sure you don't drain the V20 battery pack all the way down before charging. DeWALT 20V MAX Battery Pack
Makita 18V LXT Battery Pack
Milwaukee M18 RedLithium Battery Pack
Porter Cable 20V MAX Battery Pack
The first adapter above is a do-it-yourself adapter, so you will need to provide the circuitry to make it work. It's unknown whether the Porter Cable 20V MAX battery have built-in over discharge circuitry. So you can either add the protection to your own circuitry or just be careful not to drain the Porter Cable battery all the way down while using the power tool. Ridgid 18V Battery PackIt has been reported that the Ridgid 18V batteries do have built-in over discharge protection. Therefore, it should be safe to use Ridgid 18V batteries with an adapter on Ryobi ONE+ 18V power tools. But you might consider disassembly your Ridgid 18V battery to ensure that there is an over discharge protection circuit.
And if you want to charge the Ridgid battery on your Ryobi ONE+ charger with the adapter, check out this "RIDGID 18V lithium battery charged from Ryobi 18V One+ lithium charger" video. Ryobi 40V Lithium Battery PackThere currently isn't an already made battery adapter that can interface Ryobi 40V Lithium Battery Pack on Ryobi ONE+ 18V power tool. But we did find a web page where someone made an adapter and provides instruction for it. See toolboy's Corner: Ryobi 40v to 18v Adapter
