Wayne Dalton Garage Door opens in two foot increments

In an effort to re-program a remote, I clearly did something wrong. Now, whenever I click a garage door opener button (remote or inside garage), the garage door opens about two feet and stops. Then I click again and it opens another two feet. I have to repeat five times in order for the door to fully open. I have no idea what I did to cause this but I'm sure it was me because it started the day I reprogrammed the garage door opener. I was pressing a button on the 'box' that houses the motor....and I think in doing so I somehow caused this. But I don't know how to fix. Anyone out there know how to help me? Thank you. :)

I suggest you try profiling the door again. Maybe it's been a while and the structure has changed slightly.
