Torsion Drive Unit Beeps 5 Times

When I push the remote button, my torsion drive unit beeps 5 times and the garage light flashes on and off. The door doesn't move. I read elsewhere this means it's in "vacation mode" but the wall transmitter has no vacation mode switch. What else could this beep/flash code mean?

Based on the manual, your "Wall station is in the 'Door Lock' position". The corrective action is to "Move slide switch on wall station to 'Normal' (unlocked) position. See Page 27."
