KERUI Alarm Triggers Even When Disarmed

Hi, i�ve got the following problems with my kerui system: Sometimes the alarm ist triggered even the system is in disarmed mode? Do you have an idea? Yours Daniel

First thing to do to diagnose this problem is to determine which channel is triggering the alarm. Once you figure out which channel, you'll know which sensor. Then you can determine if it is a the sensor or the alarm panel.

I have the same problem with one of my sensors. It's a pir. And after installation the pir starts the alarm even that the panel is in disarm mode.
It's installed in zone 6 and alarm mode normal.
Any idea?
