no tension in the cables

My wayne dalton garage door has an Idrive Pro. It suddenly started acting weird. After releasing the manual cable and reengaging it, it is working but it seems to drop suddenly at the end. I also notice there is no tension in the cables. All symptoms point to a broken spring or something like that, but can't see anything as the spring is hidden inside the tube. I called around, and not many people seem to work on these openers. Some of the above posts referring to bad spring function due to blown fuse. Anyone thinks a bad fuse can cause the spring to malfunction.. I am not that handy, so looking for some help.
