idrive torquemaster stopped working

Hello. I have an idrive torquemaster. I live in UK and am informed they are no longer available here. Unit has stopped working , no lights or beeps. Remote has a new battery. Does anyone have any ideas I could try to repair. Mains supply is ok and I checked connection cable and it's all live to pcb.
