idrive for torsion springs mangled garage doormy idrive for torsion springs died and they diagonsed it as failed motor and they sent another unit. I installed it with the help of the tek person since they didnt include a new manual in the replacement.. A few days later it proceeded to come down bend my door. Called them and the service manager said that happened to me also and it is my fault since I didnt adjust the detent pin. I asked them to replace my door. WD sent a factory rep her and he ran it a few times and adjusted the detent pin. he turned in and out and back to start point and took some pictures and left. Door did go up and down but still bent. 3 days later it went down and mangled the door.. they say it is my problem and not theirs.. but offering a new opener and 50% of the door, not including installation, tax etc..and they want the old opener back. Will not negotiate anything better so off to attorney to negotiate.. carl
