idrive 3661 won't open garage door

I have the 3661 model (5 yrs) and one of the doors stopped working. When I push the button to open or close, all I hear is the center arm (that raises and lowers) making a noise like the gears are turning but nothing engaging, then beeps and stops. Any way of troubleshooting this issue.
