Wayne Dalton idrive for TorqueMaster loses profile

I purchased a Wayne Dalton garage door and the idrive torquemaster. I had it professionally installed. I have been using for apporximately three weeks. At least once a week the wall transmitter and/or the hand held transmitter will not work. I usually have to activate the profile button to get it to work. Or if I wait long enough sometimes eventually it will work. Can anyone tell me why this happens?
