Wayne Dalton Torque Master Torsion Springs will not grip

Hey guys great posts...
My problem is that my door will not open. On the right hand side where the wire coils up..inside that, the plastic part that tighen to the spring will not grip correctly..and keeps coming off. I had a dealer service it 2 times already and it just came off again. It costs $100 each time they come out. They cannot gaurentee this. The doors are only three years old. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,

Brian
