Wayne Dalton 9600 with Torque Master Plus Problem

I have a 8x10 wayne dalton 9600 with torque master plus system. I have been fighting with it for months and am totally frusterated. One of the problems is that when the door goes up the spring inside the tube NEEDS to be able to rotate smoothly. IT DOES NOT DO THIS WELL. Conclusion this is a piss poor design. I recommend if you have any trouble at all with your door, switch to the design with the torsion springs that are on the outside of the shaft.
