Two idrives acts differently

I have 2 Idrive openers one works perfectly the other on will start down then stop and go back up ,it may do that 3-4 times before it closes properly,what could be the problem?

My guess is that something is interfering with your photo eye sensors when the door is closing. I had a tree leaf that was stuck to the down cable and would cause this issue because it would break the photo eye at the same spot every time and the door would raise. I have had car exhaust do this also.
Watch your eye sensors as the door is closing to make sure your light is staying solid red as the door closes. My guess is that you will see the photo eye red light blink that will break the down cycle of the door causing the door to raise.
Try bypassing the photo eyes by taking them out of the system - this is not recommended as a permanent fix due to the safety consideration as the door is closing.

Are they on two different garage doors? Are the garage door the same or different?
