Programming Individual Remotes to Individual Doors

I have i-drive on garage with 3 doors. I program one 3 bottons garage door opener transmitter, now, it opens two of the doors same time, I only want to open one door at a time, what do I do next to fix that?

also I have 5 bottons numberic keypad (1-2, 3-4 5-6, 7-8, 9-0) outside of garage, how do I program that?
