Motor operates backwards

My Wayne dalton door hit my trailer hitch causing the cables to come off the spools. I had the installer who installed the door 11 years ago come back to fix it. Now the door works when the iDrive is disconnected but only buzzes when the profile button is pressed. When the drive is connected the motor tries to swing down as the door goes up??? Any ideas?
