Idrive for Torque Master - Lightning Fried Circuit Board

Lightning hit near my house and fried my circuit board so we got a new one . I installed the new board and programmed our remote. Still not working, light does not come on , only beeps when I hit the remote. What do you suggest? Wayne Dalton I-drive for torque master.
