Hacker in My Android Phone and in My Android Tablet

A have had a hacker inmy phone for 3 years and in my tablet I changed my ip and still nothing how do I get him out he has all my information like social securty no, full name everything can you please help me

Hi Carol,

The safest way to get the hack off your Android device is to do a factory reset. You can do that by following these steps on Android 4:

1. Launch "Settings".
2. Scroll to and select "Backup & reset".
3. Select "Factory data reset".
4. Tap the "Reset phone" button.

Be sure you have gotten the data that you want to keep off your Android device before you perform the factory reset.

What if the hacker is somehow preventing you from deleting files or setting phone ba to factory settings? I have reset it 2x and still he and suspicious files r still on 1 pc, 2 android and one iphone3 & a 4. he is using an android device to hack.me i believe as i found bluestacks on obe of the pc. help plz! :(

I have tried factory reset because I have had a hacker for 4 years and it dont work can you suggest anything else my hacker is using php
