Grow Stone - Why No Stripe in Suspicious cave 3F?

I have a quest to hunt 3 Stripes. Based the Reward Info (see screen shot below), Stripes should show up in Suspicious cave 3F. But so far, after three days of farming, I only seen Giant stone and Mazra. Does Stripe actually show up in this field?
