old tax software questionAnyone know where I can download an old version of Taxcut software? I have an old FY2000 return I was to read and print out. Wondering if the 2013/2014 versions will allow me to read the old file and print. Sp Chess Bought an old copy before. That's how I did it. Sarcast I save a copy of each year's tax software on my backup drive. I save all the updates I download as well. Problem now is that the tax software are automatically updating, meaning I can't save them. That means 10 years down the line, the old tax software won't be updated. Luckily, IRS is suppose to only go back 7 years. In addition to saving a copy of old tax software, I also export all my tax returns as PDF, so that I only have to go back to the actual tax binary data when I need to make an amendment or something of that sort. It seems that I used Intuit TurboTax in 2000, so I don't have FY2000 TaxCut. CC
